I really appreciate the folk-like visual art in the game. I did notice that even though my HP went to zero, I didn't die. There are a lot of mechanics in the game that would probably benefit from a tutorial of some sort. It took me a while to understand what all the different tile colors meant, and only very late in the game did I manage to switch my form. Nevertheless, I can see a lot of ambition in creating a tile-based battle arena and an open world to explore at a jam. Overall, well done!
It was a little unclear how combat works. Also, I can't die in combat.
I like that you tried to implement "Into the Breach" style combat. Nice graphics.
I game with a lot of potential. But could it be that I can't die? My HP was 0 and I survied. The art style is beautiful - I like the mustche of the sun. A tutorial would be nice - our game hasn't one too...
The game is a bit janky but the art is very nice! This isn’t really my type of game but I think it is cool nonetheless. Good job!
Really beautiful game! Missed a how-to-play on the menu, but very beautiful art and animations!
