presentation of the game is solid tho the thing that is really hindering it is the gameplay of it was a bit or polished this game would really shine 8 /10

I like the game concept, the chaos that comes from maintaining both dimensions is pretty fun.
The game the gets overwhelming pretty fast.
Slower pace, different bullet types or the ability to buy different towers so they shoot when you're not in that dimension could be fun to add.

This game is cool, but I don't see much incorporation of the theme. I like the idea of a tower defense where you have some input on the tower, like with the shield. That said, there were a few issues. 1st, the controls aren't immediately obvious. Also, there is a lot of information left for the player to figure out on their own without help. Like that when the enemies hit the shield, they still damage the tower. I also didn't know that I could move the shield until I tried shooting through it, and pressed a bunch of keys to try to move it. Another issue, is when you lose, there is no button to go back to the main menu, the player has to try to figure it out themselves. Then, the exit game button did nothing for me, and had to task manager out of the game. Overall, it's a cool concept, just a few problems that make it slightly less enjoyable.

I like the idea and I think the game would be much better following these tips:

  • The dimension change animation slows down the shooting reaction
  • The bullets should go faster and there should be less enemies
  • There could be a score at the end of the game so that you can compete with friends

I'd really like to see the games you do in the future

This is mega hard. I don't know if you're supposed to last more than 20 seconds.

Would be nice if the goblin attacks and the demon attacks had different sounds so you can tell when they've gotten close to you.
