Incase you've never heard of Scratch, scratch.mit.edu is a kids programming brick-by-brick language. I was asking if it's okay to use it for my game? I have a scratch-to-html-to-exe converter, so it'll still be a .exe file like other games.
Probably a question for the host, Ran d'Reille, but I'm not aware of any engine limitations for the jam. Construct, Ren'Py, RPG Maker, and dozens of other game dev software have been used in past jams.
Ran's more active on the Discord server (see the jam main page for the link). I can bring this post to his attention too, if you don't use discord.
