Feedback
I don't have much to say since, its the first jam i'm participating, but maybe having a different kind of theme, i don't really know how to explain it.. but in my case most of the theme there where only usable with plot, and couldnt get reflected by a gameplay element, but that my case... beside this even if this is only a prototype with a lot of broken stuff in it i'm really happy that i could work on this project from start to "End"(this is only the begining lol), and speding too much time on one asset...., it was really fun !

This is another one that's hard for me to rate, even hard to comment on in some ways, because it's very much a prototype and it doesn't seem fair to compare it to fully realized games. I think the concept is solid- although I'm biased because Metal Slug is one of my favourite arcade games ever- but the game itself is extremely limited and what is there is pretty rough. I like the off-beat storyline, but there's basically no hint of that in the game itself.

I will say it was bold to do a gameplay-focused game over a story-focused game for this jam. What led you to that decision, and would you do it again?

Developer

thanks you for your feedback ! well yeaah indeed its very limited for now.

I think I took that decision because when starting a project I focus on gameplay first then i work on the story, but with the time it took me to work on one asset i didn't even have time to work a little bit on putting a bit of story in the game...

well we want/plan to continue working on this project, but it is ok to work on a jam protoype after the jam ?
