Use of the limitation
Whilst this game IS possible to complete without cheats, the 3D space can be disorientating and makes it increasingly difficult. I added a couple of key inputs as cheats; players may find these key inputs when they appear at the bottom of the "Game Over" screen briefly. ("T" increases the timer allowing for either more time to complete objectives, or extend any level into a sort of "free-mode". "P" Pinpoints the Positions of the hidden objectives).
Cookies eaten
I'm in the UK, so it was biscuits... so many biscuits.

Really nice graphics, and the ship felt great to fly. Also was a really polished experience. Nice Job!
I really like the low poly graphic style and ambiance of the game!
The music fits well and the SFX is pretty good!
I actually found the spaceship very addicting to control and move, better than some flight simulators on steam hahaha!
Overall it is clearly a pretty polished game
Great Work! Game On! (and there is no such thing as eating too many biscuits!)
Cheers, thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed the flight aspect- if you used T as the cheat to add time on, you could fly around for ages :D
Thanks for calling it polished, this is actually my first game!
Loved the art and 3d models, the thrust "trails" off the ship's engines were especially satisfying to look at. The "cheating" reminded me of Nintendo's design style over the past decade of giving you options to buff or become invincible if you game over a lot. Impressed also by the entirely graspable six-axis movement working well in a browser window! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for playing! Glad you liked the liked the flight controls, I literally spent days tweaking them to get them to feel just right! Hoping to reuse them in a later project, like a low-poly Elite:Dangerous type thing.
Nice game. I liked the graphics and the movement of the ship feels great.
It is possible to destroy yourself if you boost forward right after shooting. You could increase the speed of the projectiles or make the ship invulnerable to them.
Hey, thanks for playing,!
Yeah, I'm not sure if it's a bug or feature to be honest. I like the idea that boosting allows you to catch up with cannon shots (and hear them too), but touching them is just as deadly for you as it is for the satellites. As for the asteroids, they're too dense to be blown up and just move.
Fun game!
Thanks!
Cool arcade style space shooter! The 3D space was a little tricky to get used to, but was still a ton of fun, and the low poly art style looked great. The red of the target satellites popped pretty well against the asteroids and space.
Hey, thanks for playing! 3D space is always like that, you should have seen how disorientating it was before I added the skybox and asteroids!
Nice low poly and gameplay :) IMO only the tutorial could be better visible in-game because the text when the game is over is really small.
Do you mean the "P and T are for cheaters" text on the game over screen? I kinda designed that to be hard to read on purpose, ha!
yes 😅
Great game with awesome graphics. I like the way the cheats are hidden as well, although will admit I didn't notice the clue until I read the use of limitation on the rate game screen. It's also fairly addictive, with a minor downside of some motion sickness. Good job.
Thanks for playing! Yeah, I didn't want to make the cheats too easy to find- I went with the idea that if the player is losing/dying enough, they'll notice the cheat text in the Game Over screen :D
Had way too much fun but the particles from the shots cause massive frame drops from 60 fps to 5 fps
Thanks for Playing! A few people have mentioned the same thing about the particles... I have a pretty beefy PC and it didn't suffer any FPS drops, but it didn't occur to me that it might be a problem for other people.
No problem with particles for me too. Nice game!
