I love the UI. Super cool.
I didn't really know what I was meant to do (sorry, I never read instructions)
I really wanted to get into the building, I felt unsafe outside. I gun or flame thrower would have been nice to have

This was really fun.
Great:
I liked how the crops slowly disappeared as the health went down, it felt like the stakes were really real.
I also liked how there were different birds, I'm guessing they do more damage, that part was a bit unclear though.
The landing page + branding is really polished
I like that you start outside of the gate so it teaches you to move
How close you need to be to tap the birds was really well balanced
Improvements:
Would be good to have a way to win as it gets a bit tiring after a bit.
The music add urgency but feels like it doesn't quite fit the art style, this is purely taste though, in general it's good and getting you moving
Experience:
Overall this was really polished, intuitive and fun. I like hearing the bird calls and watching them while also going and protecting my crop.
The Concept was interesting, killing birds used to be a favourite past time of mine so this hit close to home
The Gameplay was surprisingly really fun and smooth, It was fun running around killing birds like a manic to protect my crops
The UI looks great also
The double-tap mechanic was quite difficult to initiate with, but I later got a hang of it
It could have been way more fun if I threw a spear or a stone at the birds (but that's just a theory)
I don't really understand how the game is correlated to always moving forward
Thank you for the feedback.
As for the theme, we kind of broke it down to:
Time: the farmer is running against time. He has to kill the invading birds before they destroy all his crops
Speed: the birds move very fast (when you think you've got them, they fly away)
Multiplying: there are lots of birds and once you kill a certain number, they'll respawn again
Towards: the birds moving towards the crops to destroy them.
Basically, this is how we interpreted the theme :)
