sorry if stupid question, first time using itch. Where do I make this bit of the rules true? 

All map-games must be shared and licensed under the Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0).

There are no stupid questions! :)

You can declare the license inside the text of the game, in the part traditionally reserved for credits.

On itch.io you can also declare it at metadata level. Here is an example screenshot:

Yes, absolutely.

Our advice is to make this information evident also in the text of the game, but of course it's fine to point it out even just in the metadata.
