Can I fix a tiny annoying bug?

Hi! Firstly, this is the second game jam I've ever joined and it's been really fun so far!!

So, my question: I just submitted my game (5 minutes before the deadline, oh god) and I only noticed an annoying bug after I submitted it. It's a HTML5 game and the bug is causing the arrows in the game to also scrolling the page itself rather than only moving the character.

The game is still playable otherwise though, it's just annoying and nothing more, which is why I'm making this thread. I read in the rules that you can only fix bugs after the deadline if they have a MAJOR impact on the game, like, if they break the game or something, and this dumb bug is DEFINITELY not game-breaking at all, which is why I wanted to ask if I'm allowed to change it! I was really anxious about doing anything about it in case it's not a bad enough bug to count and such!

Then again, it's a 10 second fix, I just need to fix something quick in the index.html file and it'd fix a very annoying bug. So, i wanted to ask, can I? It's okay if not!

(I'm sorry if I wrote too much, I'm very new to this and I'm so anxious about messing up and it SHOWS, oh god)

No worries! If it's a really annoying thing then you can update the game, I'm not going to penalize or disqualify you for making a very small change like that don't worry
