A cool retro platformer.

I really like the Spectrum style with the limited color palette, and the sprites have got quite some good detail to them.

Gameplay wise while overall good i’ve had 2 small issues :

  • sometimes i wasn’t able to move foward while jumping (mostly around block corners)
  • the laser shot seem to randomly aim straight down when in the air for some reason :/

Other than that it’s a fun time regardless, i digged the beam elevators, the objectives and collectable repair kits were well conveyed, and i also liked the fact that you can get a different ending if you exit the level without fully completing the objectives.

Thank you! Yeah those two issues irritate me too, the unfortunate consequence of using the engine's in-built character movement systems, if I can though I will try and get around to tweaking it to make the movement feel a little bit better.

No worries, engine limitations can be a pain sometimes especially when using some default out of the box stuff that can have odd behaviour :p so that’s understandable
