Nice job! It looks like you ran out of time on this one (which is totally fine... I think we all did in some fashion). But great job for getting something in! My main thoughts while reading:

Nice intro that sets up what we are doing. Just watch near the end of it not to come off too cheesy.
You have the beginning of some neat ideas in here but just needed more development.
I like the character creation and how the villains and heroes are the same process

Not bad! I too attempted to create a d12 based reverse dungeon crawl! Didn't finish mine...

*The Dark One* is clean and concise, but could do with some more info on the DM side. I guess time was a factor!
