Nice! :)

I would've liked to know more about the sort of problems the hero would encounter, how to (for the GM) think about their goals and what they are doing, and more of worldbuilding in general.

The tables make good work of adding mechanics and lore at the same time. Would be nice with another table for potential monster goals, as the monsters are currently a bit under-written, it's not completely clear what the player is playing and how they're expected to act.

I mean yeah, of course I like it! We came at this from vaguely similar angles, and not just the monster minion aspect, but the granular skill/ attribute checks, too.  Mechanics all seem sound (I'm also a fan of die progression!), although I would have appreciated just a little more information on how monsters progress (presumably they receive additional HP or not? )

One thing that would have rounded this off as a more complete game would be just a little on the GM side, like various suggested follow-ups to  session 0.  That said, so few games have a structured session 0 so that has to stack in your favour.

The layout was clear and the document really well structured.

Finally, the world-building was excellent, not least due to its brevity! It establishes the tone perfectly, as well as serving as a taster for the starting session.

Great work - well done for being so diligent in reviewing our fellow jammers! I keep coming across your reviews and realising I need to get to yours. Sorry it was a tad late, I have a system, trust me!

Haha, I figured you would! A few of us had, you are the monster angles in there.

Yup! I wish leveling was in there too haha. The way I am going to have it work is a monster gets points for failing tasks / being risky.  Eventually a bit more HP and stat points. And obviously more fun abilities. All for V2.

Thanks! I'm really proud of my session 0. It's something I wish more games did. More content to come. With more lore hooks (not a ton... not looking to bog the players down with history)! But that's another thing that I want to avoid is too much lore. There are so many content rich settings that overload new players with their rich histories to the point that players have a really high point of entry. And if you like that, great! But for the rest of us... lore hooks.

No worries! I was really looking forward to your review and am glad to see it. Been noticing your name pop up a lot as well for reviews... so awesome job! I just feel like everyone put in so much work that it would be crazy not to give these games the effort that was put in. Thanks again!

Thanks for the review! A player sheet was about a 2 hours off lol.

Although I'm not a big fan of fantasy, I like this one. The world seems consistent and interesting. I don't really have much to say since I'm a beginner. Great job :)

Thanks for taking the time to review! I play a lot of it but don't like writing fantasy just because the genre has been so over done. But if I stumble across something that sounds interesting, or, in this case, allows me to kill a bunch of fantasy tropes.... so down mwuhahaha!
