I loved the opening cut scene and voice acting or AI voice that was amazing. After that the game-play was a little off and there was not health bar or enemy kill sound and it just felt downhill after thing opening scene....keep plugging away at it 3/5
I wasn't expecting this level of quality in the voice acting at the beginning, it was absurdly good. But after that opening cutscene, the rest of the game felt too unpolished, the character controller was horrible and the level design almost nonexistent (sorry if i am being too blunt). Visually i liked the environment and the character, but the fact that the running animation plays while jumping is a little weird.
The opening cutscene got me invested with the character and the story so i think this had potential.
I like the character design a lot! Also the opening cut scene and music were pretty cool. Nice job!
While I like the art direction, I am missing some background music, and I am not a big fan of the movement. The jump is way too fast and high. You can easily avoid all the enmies.
But you have a good base line with which you can continue working. Curious what you will do with it after the jam :)
