The game was really fun to play and it looks really good. The scientists, claw, and little animations were all done really well and it really adds to the experience. The game also feels really smooth and easy to understand since it has few buttons, which makes it good for both newcomers and people who have more experience. Though the ability to only grab one of the scientists at a time made it quite hard.
There are a few things that do need work for this game jam specifically though. The idea of you being the villain is clear (since you're indiscriminately killing people) but I don't quite get the "blood is fuel" aspect. I see the large tank in the back slowly filling up, but I was able to grab (which was apparently supposed to consume blood?) without having to worry about it at all. Maybe having the tank drain instead of fill each time you use the grab would make it a little more clear that it's a precious resource, or something along those lines.
Overall I think the game is really well done and with a little more work would be really great. It's even more impressive for a game made in such a short time, and I could see this getting some attention.
Thanks! By pressing shift, you are supposed to consume blood from the tank to boost the speed that the conveyor moves but unfortunately it seems to not work in the HTML version. The windows download works with this feature, I'm not quite sure what happened with the web export since I exported them one after the other.

Found the controls a bit complicated and confusing at first, and the part where you pick up the characters and put them in the shredder is too slow. I think there should be some sort of time indicator to fill up the "big jug" and feedback to know if you're losing or not.
Overall, the sprites and sounds were quite pleasant. Loved how it sounded to pick up the workers and put them in the shredder. I believe the game just needs a bit of polishing to become sensational. For a game made in less than 22 hours, I think it deserves recognition.
Thanks! Yea the controls would have been better with a gamepad I think. I'll definitely keep your critiques in mind when I work on it some more post-voting. I would have liked to add some type of liquid physics to the blood tank but ran out of time
I liked playing as a villainous robot arm. The art style is cool and the movement of the robot arm feels really polished, especially with the switching sides animations and sound effects. It took me a second to work out the controls but was enjoyable once I got going. Cool use of the theme!
