This game has a lot of atmosphere, which was really nice, but I feel like the limitation could have been implemented better. For instance, it wasn't clear to me what LMB was for... maybe that would have been better used for clicking on NPCs to talk or on cats to collect. I know LMB swung the scythe but I didn't understand the point of that.

Thanks for the feedback, yeah, in the start, LMB was for colleting cats and talking with npcs, but with time i get more errors and in the end it was just to click continue :(

I understand. It's important that it works! At least then I was able to experience it

Beautiful presentation! I understand its more of an interactive story but it still feels slow  at times, but the art and the concept are precious!

Developer

Yeah i understand that, the distance between things its because we didnt have enough time to add more quests xD

The art of the game is really effective, really enjoyed seeing it work with other environmental aspects like the music! Good job :))

Really liked this game, the only problem was that in the last part there had some typos, but with that exception, the art, music, and th gameplay itself was very pleasant, and it had some reallu sense of humor in those texts

Developer

Thank you for letting me know the bugs, and for the feedback, i hope i can solve this problems in future jams, thank you for playing

There are some technical things such as the camera being too zoomed in, the texture on the final boss is a bit blurry (should disable any filtering when importing the sprite), and some typos in the last part, but the tone was good and the music pleasant. Also i like the grim fandango-esque banter.

Developer

Hey thanks for commenting, the camera zoom was on purpose, but i know there is some bugs on dialogs, the final boss blur, its becauss the drawing was small and i needeed to scale up.

Thank you for letting me know the bugs, know i can do better in the next jam

Also what its the best setting for drawings that are not pixel art?

Usually the filtered is best for non-pixel art, but in that case you really want to have a large original photo (that looks good on the largest resolution you are trying).
