Great game! is a little hard to dodge the sticks and there is a bug where when you buy a lot of gangsters and attack, it sound all at the same time and it's really painfull to the ears.
I enjoyed it tho!
We definitely needed more time to sort out the game balance and sound issues, but happy to hear you still had fun with it!
Interesting game, I liked the visuals. The projectiles are a little bit fast though so it's hard to react to the cops! I kept dying to the first one and since you die in one hit before you buy anyone it ends up being pretty punishing.
Thanks for the feedback! I was thinking of extending Johnny's attack range and of course making the police baton attacks a bit slower so it's way less punishing at the start. Glad you liked it :)
I struggled a bit at first, but when I got the idea, it was super fun! Good job!
Happy you enjoyed it! The early game can be a bit of a struggle, but a few rounds of burning trash cans will help you get set up.
Good game, and the enemies from the get-go are a solid challenge (for me at least lol). I wasn't able to make it very far, but I think your game looks nice and plays smooth! That menu music will forever be burned into my brain haha. For a game with such a fast turn-around, it might be a good idea to make the music a little less in-your-face. Good work!
Thanks for playing! The music was kind of a last minute addition, so there was no time for more consideration, or other QOL things like a volume slider. :D
