I like the risk in the game, but the idea is too small, it would be possible to add core mechanics rather than make a regular platformer.

I know it's a short jam, but you should look at connecting your sprites to the platform so your player moves with the position.
I liked that the mushrooms became a spawning point near the end for the slimes. Kind of a twist of the knife.

I could not beat the level where the white and yellow platform are moving back and forth. I feel like the game would could be improved by having the platforms also be pixel art. It's fun but it does not follow the theme or limitation very much.
