Nice job learning a new engine over a weekend! I know that can be really challenging.

I liked the music, and nice job with the theme. You used real natural predators to frogs which is thoughtful.

The sound that happens when you run out of rocks to through scared the heck outta me. It's so demonic sounding! I thought it was hilarious.

Thank you so much! Glad it caused an impression! ;)

I'd slow the snakes down a bit at first. I died while figuring out the controls. Speed it up over time to make it more accessible I'd think.

Developer

Thank you for the suggestion! I will explore your idea.

Always good to see another fellow Gdeveloper here...

Very good idea for the game, I would basically have the stones respawing after a certain time and even at random points (easy to do with gdevelop) so that if you miss with the ones in the level you dont have to wait for the snakes to eat you...

Keep it up and add more levels...

Developer

I will think about the respawning, although the scarcity adds to the challenge.  I  was imagining 5 stages, if I could make them interesting.

I liked GDevelop a lot.  I am a long time user of Gamemaker (since the 90's) , but I think I will try GDevelop for my next projects, specially for web games.

Nice idea with the rocks. Would probably be a lot smoother if you could hold the keys to move though

Thank you!  I will try your suggestion about the character's movement.

Rocks sending snakes flying made me chuckle, it's so charming
