very cool concept. completely starting over each time was slightly frustrating, and I feel like single-click vs double-click is a bit of workaround for the restriction. It was pretty fun nonetheless, good job!

P.S. in the future you might want to invest slightly more effort into your thumbnail, this one doesn't attract attention very well

Good job! I did not change my temperature and it worked well

I like the art style and overall atmosphere/setting! The concept for the theme itself is really unique too.

However, the temperature switching is kind of finnicky, with noticeable delay for getting colder. I also found myself always just setting it to the highest temperature, which although resulting in me being detected by the guards very easily also meant that I could just outrun them.

First of all, thank you for your feedback!

The delay for getting colder is intentional, to give a meaning to the jam's limitation. To get colder, you have to press and wait, while to get hotter you can just smash it. The idea was that the player has to remain calm and just press it once to avoid detection, instead of just smashing the button!

Getting to max heat and outrun everything is a valid tactic, it's more "luck based" than sneaking around (especially in the last level with lots of enemies), I think both are fun in their own way!
