Kuma and DroknT worked on this game as team "r4cc00n5". I, Kuma, initiated the project and greatly thanks DroknT for sharing his time and knowledge with a young programmer like me. Thanks also to Nears for providing the voice on the menu ! :)

Use of the limitation
The “no green” limitation is mainly visual here. With the "Earth" theme of the 116th Mini Jam, I wanted to create a game oriented towards "nature, fauna and flora". Obviously, many elements were logically green (trees, grass, frog...). With the limitation, I found it interesting to use landscapes and characters usually represented in green, but with a modification of the colors with an autumnal twilight colorimetry. Finally, the game represents the "nature, fauna and flora" aspect but without using a single green pixel.
Cookies eaten
No cookies but unfortunately too many M&M's and caramelized scrunchies...

Frog vs Frog 🐸🐸
Great Idea. I had to play against myself but it was fun to play around with. I thought it was going to be a fighting game but actually there is alot of statergy to it
Thanks ! ❤️
I really liked your art style and the overall polish. I would have enjoyed a small jump indicator because I wasn’t sure how far I would jump each time. Maybe a little animation while holding the jump button would solve this. Overall, great game—I can see the love put into it!
Thank you for your feedback ! You can see a charge bar above the frogs' heads when you charge your jump (you can also see it in the tutorial), but it may not be visible enough...
Beautiful art and nice idea!
❤️
I really enjoyed the combat! However, I have one tip for you: some of the pixel art, such as the frogs and background stars, appears a bit blurry. To improve this, consider using nearest texture filtering instead of linear texture filtering. Overall, fantastic job!
Thank you very much for these lovely words and advice, I'm a beginner so I'll take note ! :)
Hello! I love frogs! This game feels really polished for a jam game! I absolutely loved the tutorial screen! A quick simple pvp fight between two frogs, it's honestly really good! Thank you for your hard work and I hope you had a lot of fun making it!
Glad that a frog lover liked it and thanks for those kind words ! :)
