I wanted to make it so you would rebuild the robot that is left in pieces, or i guess the world setting is kind of in pieces

The tornado/storm was terrifying, great job having it sort of "creep in" with the audio gradually fading in. I didn't know what to expect, took my my surprise like "OH CRAP!"
You might want to remove the bomb, because you can play indefitely if you just hold up and click around on the screen with the bomb. (For me the progress bar actually just stopped moving because of my constant movement)

Got a bit over 4700 before I had to let the storm get me just to see what it would do. Seems if you just hold up and right you could play indefinitely. Neat concept.
Neat! I had to go fullscreen in order to see everything properly, sick game though, I was at around 1700 when it finished. I gotta admit though, I didn't see much reason to upgrade anything other than the bomb. Maybe a cooldown on it would've helped? Good work!
