Very beautifully executed, I tried to make a game somewhat like this sometime ago and wasn't successful, so on a personal level this is really awesome to see. I love the characters and dialogue, the art is also very good too. Very complete and fun, great color palette as well, very easy to play. You did an amazing job!

Honestly, as I was starting my project, it felt way too difficult for me. The only thing that saved me was organizing my thoughts on paper, and creating a super basic GDD to help me keep track of how things could be executed in the game. But thank you very much for the great feedback. I really appreciate it! Congrats on #1 game btw!
The font was awkward. I have trouble reading fonts like that, so it's probably just me. The presentation was fantastic, though. I loved the art!
I like calligraphy, too. I just have trouble with reading it that I didn't have when I was younger. My eyesight is fine, but my brain just starts getting lost when fonts are too small or the kerning/style makes the glyphs harder to quickly distinguish. At least you didn't squish the lines together vertically like some typing tests do with their paragraphs of text. I can't handle those at all. lol

This is a creative and engaging puzzle game. The artwork is beautiful. The potion-mixing mechanic is fun and challenging, but it would be helpful to have a reminder of the customer's request during the mixing phase. Despite that, it's a highly enjoyable game with a lot of potential.
It took a bit go get it at first, but once I did, it was really quite something. A really creative, little deduction/puzzle game. Great use of the limitation and very nice art as well!
Solid potion-mixing game. The artwork has some great halloween-vibes too them and you did a good job of balancing the difficulty. I wish there was a reminder of what the customer said on the mixing screen though as I had no idea what the first person needed once I hit the actual potion-mixing side. But other than that I had a good bit of fun.
This game is great it isn't easy but it also isn't hard, really good difficulty range. Art and gameplay is also great.
Very entertaining! Good artwork and nice gameplay.
My only issue was that for some reason the ingredient hover text only appeared on the later customers, so for the first few I had to randomly guess (even when I refreshed the game this happened).
Regardless, great work!
Praise for the great atmosphere, fitting and suitable; expressive character design, and harmonious sound design. Unfortunately the randomization wasn't kind to me but it doesn't overshadow the solid positives.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a thorough comment! I had a bad feeling about the whole random customers thing, but I figured with 6 of them it might be enough to keep things feeling fresh during a short playthrough. During playtesting, I had the same experience as yourself, however I was on a serious time crunch and couldn't change it without submitting late. Regardless, I'm glad you enjoyed the game, and I hope that another play through lets you meet everyone in the village!
This was a sick concept and you executed it nicely! I do think you shouldn't have repeat customers, but it was a fun puzzle like game! Good work!
I really like the art style aswell as the atmosphere you created and the funny dialogues, like the rat one it cracked me up!
If I had to give some advice I would maybe say that it feels a bit redundant especially when you have found about 4-5 customers and are looking for the last one to see the interaction and the dialogues he has, but it's understandable since you probably had to draw everything or almost everything by yourself.
Great work overall! :)
