Your game must take place in one screen.

This may be stupid question but, can the game be divided into levels? (Level Select Menu, Multiple levels)

I think menus are okay, though they specifically said they can slide on or off screen. But I don't think multiple levels fits the limitation. Since that would be multiple different screens. You could have one level change or morph into another without actually transitioning away, perhaps.

That is actually a very good question.
As it is described, the limitation seems to only affect the camera and as such allows for different levels.
But if it doesn't, indeed morphing the level should be fine (which will make me do some JSONing ..)

Might we have an answer from the organisators maybe ? :3

This question has already been answered on the Mini Jam Discord. Technically, morphing a single screen into another level it totally fine.
