You can update it, but add it as a separate file. So for example, you have one file called GenericGameTitle and another one called GenericGameTitle: Post Jam Version.
Your game will be judged by the version you uploaded before the jam ended, but fixing a bug, or even updating it into full release is encouraged! Just, make sure to make it clear which one is the jam version, and which is the post jam version.
