Really nice game! The radio transmission, the drone sound effects, the different stages, it was all great!
It feels complete, well done!
Nice atmosphere. I liked explore the tower. One thing the sound of the drone it's a little bit loud, and maybe a twist and the end it would be nice!
Thanks for rating! I didn't think to adjust the drone's noise too much or create a complicated system for it, so I can see why it would be annoying.
When I first opened the game, I felt absolutely overwhelmed with information... which isn't surprising! I think that's how a police drone would feel if a global event suddenly happened, so you perfectly captured the feeling of surprise and mystery. Watching TV broadcasts of people who were alive moments ago is veeeery unsettling. I agree with the other comments - the atmosphere is amazing.
Oh, and calling the radio tower "The Summit" is a very smart move 8)
The atmosphere was really cool and i love what you did with the voice clips.
I hate the sound of the drone when it turns, ahah
Really strange but captivating atmosphere. Love what you did with the voice clips just the sound of the drone when moving gets tiring quickly. Other than that great work!
The sounds need some tuning. The atmosphere works well, but could use more props. Overall it's a nice concept.
Using both WASD and the Arrow Keys for movement was a good idea to respect the limitations.
I do like the concept of this little Police Drone climbing the tower for investigation - the mood between reading the display data and hearing the TVs felt a bit dreadful. Nearing the end I was worrying what I might find at the top...
As for sound effect, I found maybe making the drone wirr on each button press felt a bit loud? Maybe using different SFX for looking around and moving, or just toning down this wirr effect would work better.
Good entry nonetheless!
Thanks! This was my first attempt at some atmoshperic-ish environment, glad it turned out alright!
Really cool concept! Was expecting a twist at the end, but the atmosphere was really cool nevertheless. It felt like a side-level/interactive cut-scene in a dystopian game.
