They should be spawning randomly at 3 different points (left corner, middle, right corner). As far as I can tell, they are working as intended. Sometimes they spawn at the same spot a few times in a row, but that's just rng.

What’s wrong with the rocket spawns?

Unfortunately games made in Unreal Engine cannot be exported as a browser build.

As far as I can tell, there is no way to infinite jump.

Edit: Oh, I see, using the keyboard buttons allows infinite jump. I'll be sure to take a look and try to get that ironed out, thanks for the notice.

Thank you! I normally wouldn't use middle-click as a main control, but because of the limitation, I was limited to the buttons on the mouse.

Overall I think it's pretty impressive, however, the web version is really laggy for me. But I think the concept and presentation are very good, and each of the little mini-games are simple enough that it doesn't become too overly complicated to manage them. It kinda reminds me of Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes.

Glad you enjoyed it, I'll definitely try out your game :)

I enjoyed it, my favorite part was collecting fuel upgrades :P

Thank you for the glowing review :D

Oh, I didn't know I had to go through the door. Once I managed to clean everything I thought it would automatically tell me I won or something.

I'd love another rating :)

The pixel art/animation looks really good. I love the concept too of amassing a slime army, however, the actual added power of extra slimes diminished because their projectiles could be destroyed by running into the other slimes. So even with 15 slimes, only a few projectiles would end up hitting the target. I still think it's a really cool game though! Oh yeah, and I think increasing the movement speed would have made it more fun as well.

I managed to beat it on my third or fourth try, however, I felt like I had to play perfectly to do it. Also the game still acted as if I lost, and said my best score was 0. I enjoyed the game though, the art/animation is really good, I just think it should have had maybe ~10 more seconds on the timer so you have time to make 1 or 2 mistakes and still win.

This game's really cool. It takes a few tries to really get the hang of it, but I enjoyed it a lot. And I managed to get to fifth on the leaderboard.

Also, a lot of people were mentioning that you need to work on the graphics, however, I thought what you had in terms of graphics was pretty effective and it's easy to see what's going on after you've played it once. Also you have sounds, which a lot of people haven't had.

:D

Overall, I found this game pretty impressive. The animation and art and inclusion of a story are really good. I think it could have been a lot better if you tuned the jump, though, because it felt very floaty and hard to control. Also the collision boxes on the electric hazards seemed to be much larger than their sprites.

Wait, am I missing something, doesn't it require the mouse and keyboard to control? And why are the direction keys so strange?

I wish you had a downloadable version, because the browser version feels unplayable to me :(

My high-score was 15. The gameplay was pretty impressive, however the biggest flaw for me was the lack of any sound effects. One other thing that was strange was that the monsters could move onto empty space, and sometimes blocked you so that you couldn't exit the level at all. Still a very cool game for the amount of time it was made in though :D

Made it to round 12! Congrats on the new dog, she's cute <3

Overall, I really liked it! It definitely got frustrating towards the end though. And I kept wanting to press space to jump and accidently kept resetting the level. It looks really good though, and the whole concept of propelling yourself with the laser was pretty sick too.

I was actually able to make that jump 🤷

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! I've already been working on a post-jam build and I feel like I've improved the jump some. The main reason that it's such a quick jump is that if you survive to the point where difficulty is maxed out, you need to be able to jump many times very quickly because the acid comes so frequently. But like I said, that stuff is tuned better in the updated version I'm working on.

This game's got a lot of character! I enjoyed the sound effects and the narrator's wit.

A couple of things: The crane controls go off-screen when not in fullscreen mode. After I ordered the fuel, I threw it into the water tank and the game didn't ask me to do anything else. Also some time after that, my character wouldn't move anymore.

Other than that, this is a really cool game!

Really cool game, I love the presentation. With some tweaking, more enemy variety, etc., it could be even better. Obviously you were on a time-limit though!

Really nice concept, with a little more time in the oven it could be great. I do wish there was a downloadable version though, because the WebGL version was very laggy for me, which made it hard to play.

Nice job for your first game! Some sound effects would go along way and the visuals could use some work, but you have a working game here.

Pretty cool game! I like that there was something new to unlock after each battle. As some of the others mentioned, SFX and music would have gone a long way, but the mechanics are pretty solid.

I get what you were going for, but it was frustrating that landing on a bouncy platform took away most of the player's control. I didn't feel like I was able to control whether I lived or died at many points. Solid effort though, keep at it!

Nice job, the AI didn't seem to wake up until the final race, but it made me work for that trophy in the end!

Player feels good to control, the animations are good, there's a variety of enemies and level mechanics... great job! Didn't end up beating level 2 though...

Thanks for the explanation!

I like that you came up with some unique gameplay, I managed to score 222 twice.

Very cool, pretty impressive to get all of these mechanics in within the allotted time. I did find it pretty difficult though.

I like the art, but the camera being so far zoomed in made it really hard to figure out what to do or where to go. I found out how to shoot, but I don't know what the mechanics tied to the radiation are.

Interesting game, it's fairly difficult.

EZ clap, that big fish ain't got nothin' on me when have to ability to rewind time and retry endlessly.

Love the clean menus and art, the game's super short though.

The art and ambient music are really great. The gravity-switching portion broke my brain, but I managed to finish it!

Really sick game!
