Did you read the whole description?

Limitation: One Handed Controls.

This does not simply mean that your game can only use 5 inputs.  It is important to keep in mind that a hand has a limited range of motion and pressing multiple keys that are too close together or too far apart may be uncomfortable or even impossible (remember that you can move your hand around the keyboard). If you are ever unsure about your game's controls, just try playing it with a hand behind your back.

Q: Is this one hand on the keyboard and one hand on the mouse? A: No, this is one hand total.

Q: What about feet? A: Hands only.

Q: What if I want controller support? A: Controllers must also be used with one hand.

Q: Is this my left hand or my right hand? A: You can choose to use either hand, just note that the left hand and the right hand allow for different ranges of inputs.
