Actually the art, concept and game mechanics are pretty good but i guess there is omething wrong with the game as i was not able to solve the third level, i guess it would be great if u did it to annoy player and make the game more hard and interesting but if it is not then this is a really important thing to look into. Nice game overall

This was a nice little game, the art is good. I feel as though it would have been more fun if you didn't need to restart at the bottom every time you die and if you had the ability to move in the air because the constant jump arc was a bit annoying at times.

Beautiful game but it was a bit punishing. I think it'd be better if you respawned at the start of level instead of the very start. Also the game stayed pretty much the same after the 4th or 5th level because no new mechanics or twists were introduced.

this  was cute, but in games requiring precise platforming not being able to move after jumping in place makes things really unnecessarily difficult. I had a hard time getting on platforms, let alone making jumps. I did really like the design and feel of the game, but it could really benefit from smoother controls.

Good art style and music, but I have some issues with the game design here:

Having only a-d to move, and not also being able to use the arrow keys was a bit frustrating.

Using the space bar with A and D is also a bit awkward.

The jumping was very stiff, since you couldn't adjust after jumping, and some of the jumps were very finicky, which wouldn't have been so bad if not for having to restart from the start.

It would have been better not to reset the music with every death, also.

The game looks really nice. The smooth camera movement is a little jarring with the pixel art.

I already commented in the game page, but it was a fun game!

The art, music and concept of this game made me feel like I was playing an actual NES game. Kind of reminds me of this game I saw called Tower of Heaven.I loved how you nailed these ideas together! Sadly though, the jumping was really unresponsive and it was hard to jump over some of the platforms. Still, I managed to finish the game because I love the feel for NES games. Also, it would of been nice to have a volume adjuster as well as the SFX was kind of loud and it drowned out the music a bit, which I was really enjoying. Also, the SFX keeps playing when I spam spacebar.

Overall, amazing game entry you got here!

I really liked the art and music. It gives a nice atmosphere!

It took me multiple tries to beat the game, but was happy to reach the top floor. It was abit frustrating at first because the controls/mechanics differ from most platformers and there are no checkpoints but it was fine. I think adding one or two checkpoints and making the character be able to move horizontally while jumping would make the game easier and more accessible, but I can see how that could maybe make the game too easy maybe.

I made it to the top floor!

The "if you die, start over" style is a bit old fashioned, but I love it.

Like the art and I thought it was a nice touch on how the key follows you! I couldn't make it very high in the tower.

Really cool art style! (but really difficult!)
