Wow man, you're really damn close to making a really fun and challenging game for mobile here. I think adding a bit more polish to make things look more like you're a frog, some effects on collecting these things, maybe adding a bit of perlin noise to the flys to make them wave around more like flies, or just animate them and put a background, then throw it up on a store! It's perfectly simple & I would be proud.
At the present state it's just passable enough for a game jam, and I think you found something cool! I really like micro-adjusting my hops before hitting that jump, good job implementing the long-hold to jump higher mechanic too, I find that to be tricky to do right and it feels good.

There's potential here, but with having only one mechanic you need to make sure it's as good as possible!
Enjoyment: The jumping mechanic is fun! A little frustrating, but I think that's mainly due to the bug you mentioned.
Concept: I like the idea here, and would like to see it developed further. Feels like a good fit for mobile.
Presentation: It's simple, but clean, and with nice colour choices. I liked the quick restart, though a main menu would have been nice.
Use of the Limitation: I couldn't finish the level, but I'm prepared to believe there's only one.
Overall, good prototype, hope you'll continue it.
