Use of the limitation
Shooting bullets (bubbles in this case) shrinks your character (who is also a bubble). If you shrink too much you pop and lose! As you pop spikes, you regain bubbles.

How was your experience with Mini Jam?
It was great. I did the jam with my brother. It was his first jam and he was pumped. I had a really good time. Look forward to the next one.

I liked the balancing of the game, I thought that the difficulty wasn't too hard, and wasn't too easy. I wish you had added some more depth, like a upgrades menu or something.

That is a killer idea. I think an upgrades menu would be sick. I see increased fire rate and maybe like triple shot in a fan shape, that kind of stuff.
Fantastic game - love the pacing and aggressiveness of it! Thought it was a nice touch to have a handful of quiet moments between the particularly difficult nail sections, which gave me just enough time to prepare for the next onslaught. Made it to 30k before meeting the wild spikes you've mentioned in another comment lol
I liked the art style, game process is too fast for me, couldn't get anywhere far. Nice game

The game is fast. I couldn't get far either! The highscore we have is from my teammate who did all the coding. There are some pretty wild spikes that start coming out at 30k-ish so it just gets harder lol.
nice graphics! tried beating your highscore but couldn’t even come close (17k) :D there was one thing i didn’t quite understand: sometimes the enemies would move downwards immediately for a few pixels. it seemed like it was synced with the background music? this made it really hard to hit them.
I noticed that too on the web build. It is a bug. If you triple jump it fixes it I think haha! Jam games man, the bugs are fun. The Windows and Linux builds do not have that problem from the plays I did.
