A unique concept, I haven't seen a text adventure done like this at a jam before. Nice cover art! Input RNG is a good way to use indirect control, nicely done

An interesting text adventure, but I found it a bit confusing, I don't really see where the challenge lies. It's a good effort though and a really unique approach to the limitation!

Developer

Thank you! Yes, maybe it is a bit confusing. The idea is to try to make the person who's on vacation to do what you want (you get the objective when the game starts). Basically the objectives consists on having the person stay mostly at the hotel or out, and to do some activity at least two days of the week.  Glad that you found it was a good use of the limitation :D

I am not personally a bit player of these types of games but it was executed well!

Developer

Thank you! To be honest I'm not much of a fan either, but I felt that this approach elevated the idea of "indirect control" a little bit. Glad that you think it was well executed. I will play your game soon and let you know my opinion as well!

I do think its rlly well executed, it also looks rlly good for a terminal based game made in unity also. Unity isnt rlly made for text based games like that so its rlly cool!

It would be more appealing if you could just clic on a screen, but I like the idea of this game. You could apply this mechanic to a farm, a forest or even a terraforming planet… interesting.

haha yes! at first I was thinking of making the game to be like a Weather APP UI, but then I thought that the idea of being a H.A.A.R.P. operator was more fun (and obviously H.A.A.R.P. operates on command line (?)) haha. Thanks for your comment! I'm a little delayed with playing other people's games but I will make time and will surely play yours!
