I managed to get 1750 points. I enjoyed the funky soundtrack and the overall premise of the game! Fine tuning ice movement is no easy task, it tends to feel frustrating very quickly for the player - this wasn't the case for me with Slip 'n Fish. Movement would only need some minor tweaks in my opinion. Well done!

Developer

Thanks for playing and the feedback! I'm glad the movements weren't that difficult for you. I was so used to them I was not sure how the learning curve would be for new players

My high-score was 1250. Overall a good submission. It could just be me but the turning felt a little too fast to where I never really felt in control. Maybe that was your intention for it to be really hard but personally I think I would've enjoyed it even more with more handling and possible randomly spawned holes or something in the ice to weave around. Just my opinion though and nevertheless rated 5/5.

Developer

I was having some issues with the turning speed. It was fast then it turned slow hmmm for the devices I tested in on it was running as intended like somewhere in the middle. Ill have to try more devices. The controls are designed similar to how a space game would be where you move forward and rotate to turn / change direction. I became so used to it but I think more stable handling would be more enjoyable to start for sure. Thanks for playing!

Was this a 2D or 3D game? It felt like it could be fun with multiple players.

It was a 3d game but after you mentioned that it did appear 2d as well hah. It could be a fun mini player game! see who gets the most fish pretty much like for a party game
