what?..... uh..... i think you should not delete the first file you uploaded. to know wich file was first for this jam and the other will not count as a jam game.......
oh wait there is more time, i guess you still can modify it until the jam period ends xd.
the same way you submit the game zip or html5 file, the same way to update it (?
if you want it to be played online you should follow the instructions of the project draft... well not instructions, i think its really easy to publish html5 files... as embed
You can go to the game page, all the way on the top there is: [Edit game] [Analytics] [Widget]
click on edit game to update. Also if you check the checkmark for ` this file will be played in browser`, people can access it easier if it is a html file.
just make sure that the main file is called index.html
