I like the idea of passing along your genetic code to a new seed. At first I didn't know if I was moving, so maybe a tiled floor or something would be a good idea
Unfortunately the game is quite cheesable by spam clicking with large range and damage, but the formula is interesting. Would be cool to see some more variety of opponent movements / attacks and perhaps a cooldown on the main attack!
I like the game itself, but it should have been done in 2d top down, it would have been much better.
And there should be a score or survival time timer at the top to give the player a goal.
I really recommend adding some patters to plain floors so that it's noticeable when you are moving and there is nothing in the screen!
Overall the game felt very empty, but I liked the genetic mechanic
