I am thinking on some gameplay and setting ideas, but I don't know how much should I write. I think if I don't write enough, people won't understand it, but if I write too much it will get too loaded.
How much information should a RPG setting have?
That’s such a hard question to answer, honestly. I try to keep it pretty minimal - a premise, some evocative names for things, enemies, and details embedded into mechanics - but I know that’s not the only way to do things.
I’m going to recommend: as little as you think you can get away with. Let the players fill in any blanks.
