You should disable the rotation on the Player's rigidbody and set the bullet's colliders to "trigger" so they don't move the enemies when you shoot at them.

It would also feel better if the player was shooting in the direction of the mouse instead of the one he is moving to.

First off, congrats on finishing a game! But the platforming doesn't feel as precise as the level design suggests it should be. It feels very slippery on the ground, so on the level where you have to jump up through a very narrow gap it was hard to line up the spacing properly. And the jump may bee a bit too high, often I was able to jump clear over enemies so I didn't bother killing a lot of them. Also some things would teleport on respawn, usually platforms but sometimes the respawn point itself would move, and I have no idea why. But still you made a game in 48 hours and it's completely playable so that's something to be proud of!
