It's maybe too hard, but great job, hope you will fix it when the jam end
I feel that the game features are a bit less. But that little squirrel is still very cute.

the hunters are spinning like mad dogs I can't do anything(I think you forgot to times the rotational speed with Time.deltatime), so I can't give much feedback but I like the squirrel and how simple it is, the main menu could so some work like a picture or animation of the levels, also when you died the game over screen took too long so why not use a button to restart or to quit.
What are the two genres you are mixing ?
I think it is top down stealth with farming like the game stardew valley or harvest moon
