Fun, unique concept! Nice use of the cards to indicate how many goobs will spawn. It's appropriately challenging to try to get most of the goobs to the end of the level.
I had good fun with this game.
I feel like somebody might start speedrunning it.
Fun concept! it felt fun to control multiple character but there's no real incentive to. The optimal way of completing each level is to have 1 maybe 2 characters (so you have a backup in case one dies). Then moving very carefully through each level taking the safest path.
It's okay to make your player have to engage with the most fun part of the game or else your game is just incentivising them not to play with it, thus making it boring.
In the later levels there are long sections with spikes that can only be traversed if you walk on the corpses of your fallen buddies. The game already has what you are asking for.
Ah well i didn't get that far in the short time i had to play it. that's good to know! then i would suggest bringing in concepts like that earlier in the game because that's the most interesting part of this game.
I really like this game! It looks and feels great, and the mechanics are fun to explore.
I love the concept of multiple lives as multiple player copies! The levels seemed well-designed to work with this idea as well. Around the fifth level some of my guys glitched through the ceiling and broke the camera though :(
Interesting idea giving me multiple characters, very funny and engaging :-)
