so basically I forgot about this game jam and just realised about it right now technically you are only supposed to use 48 hours so I have 100% of time left or do I have to submit in next 36 or so hours like when clock hits 5 days left

Nah, you're good to go. You're supposed to dev for no more than 48 hours ; sleep, pauses and late starts are not included. Good luck !

I'm pretty much certainly not going to make the 48 hour period since i work full time and have a few social commitments. If you have free time go for it, you have barely missed anything
