So, few things, but i’m gonna play this a bit more, i’M just doing something else atm. It starts of way to hard imo, you cannot really do anything, the time i got an archer my door was dead. I would tune it to be more difficult as time goes by. Also the theme for me is a bit of a strech, but sure i can see. Art is superb the music is good, but could be a bit longer as it got repetitive really fast. Pretty solid game.

Cool game idea, with more features this could easily be expanded to a full game ;D
You should work on the feedback given when attacking / receiving attacks, but apart from that, it's a really cool little game already ^^
Nice game! I like the style! The only small thing I'd change is the feedback when attacking.
When the play hits an enemy, there isn't a sound, a camera shake, or some particles that give me the information that I hit my enemy successfuly.
I couldn't play it sadly so I cannot rate. My knight was moving at a crawl at 144 fps, maybe there is an issue with physics being bound to frame rate in some way or there's an issue with GSync? (I tried turning it off but didn't seem to help much)
that's sad, i think i messed up some settings on the engine. ill try to fix it after the jam.

The game was good, nice art, animations and controls, but i found it a bit hard and wanted to play further into the game, and the cost of archer, healing and repair wasnt apparent, I assumed it was 100. And when buying upgrades it could be a pause game thing maybe but that can be fine.
I feel there needs to be a way to deflect attacks I could find one other than jumping up and down due to which the gameplay felt wobbly since I kept jumping up and down to avoid attacks, also the rangers cant attack us? Their ranged missiles should be shown I feel. And generally its better to have a way to deflect attacks and that's very important for a game,. And there can be more of a feedback to hitting and getting hit

Hi! I'm playing on mobile, and I'm certainly gonna keep it on my phone. The UI is kinda hard to read for me, but it's not that big a problem. The game itself is fun and engaging :) Great Game!

This is the best game I've played in this jam yet!!!! A tinyyy bit unbalanced, as dodging enemy attacks at first is hard to get used to, but when you get two archers, no stopping me anymore!
Couple of comments: add unlimited number of archers, but then increasing enemy difficulty as well. When i reached 4 archers, literally stood aside, had so much money with nothing to do with it.
Also, had trouble keeping track of my HP, the house HP, moving between buy menu and my hp, etc. It would be better if my HP was in the corner, and house HP was in another corner, both in the form of bars and not numbers. Easier to spot visually whether i need a heal or repair.
Also, it starts off too hard! Give the player time to get an archer, make it easier to dodge enemies, and then progressively harder. In the end when I mastered dodging attacks, no one could touch me. Maybe a ranged goblin? Same projectile and ai as archers. That would make things harder, giving the projectile some height to allow for dodging.
I really really really liked this game. What engine did you use? Pure SDL2?

Nice game! its was very fun to play as well! very hard. i liked it a lot!
i think knockback on enemies would help good time, pushing them away from the door. you could put it maybe as another weapon to buy, or an upgrade if you don't want the player to aways have it.

Very nice game! I like the colors chosen, it looks amazing. It was a little difficult to know when I was getting hurt if I had the buying HUD been displayed (So adding like a hurt sound or maybe knock back would add a nice touch to the game). Really great game! I enjoyed, great Job.
