The story concept is that Neuro-Sama has been turned off for a very very long time and has awoken to corrupted data in her servers. Neuro and Evil are Remnants of the Past.

Cute game and art and music, dash mechanic is really fun, very punitive if you dash and end up on top of an enemy, you take all of their bullet at once, a hit cooldown wouldve been nice
The Character sprites are good (Neuro and Evil) and the enemy sprites are not bad either.
The overall atmosphere conveys the feel of corrupted data server thing pretty well.
Gameplay is a little confusing at first but after getting used to it I liked it well enough.
Overall nice game.
Very cute neuro sprite and binding of isaac look of rooms is very nice!

I love the dash mechanic, with a bit of polishing it would be incredible in a full game!
