The game jam page states:

You are not allowed to include download links to updated versions of your game in your submission descriptions in order to bypass the locked uploads.

Since I am not allowed to update the submitted game or post any links to a Neuro-integrated version (since it would be updated), where do I put the game once I have added Neuro integration?

Also some things I would like to know for when I add Neuro integration:

• Are we allowed to fix bugs that were found after the submission period?
• Are we allowed to make balance changes / tweak a few values?
• Are we allowed to add new content to the game?
