Welcome to the first game jam hosted by NCL Game Dev Society and NCL Video Game & Esports Society! This jam has been designed with beginners and experts in mind and is very low stakes.
We'd recommend beginners to stick with a Game Design Document (GDD) which is essentially the blueprint for your game idea. This outlines your game's mechanics, story, visuals and sound as well as a foundation for development and execution. Think of it like a "proof of concept" that shows the vision and feasibility of your game instead of a polished game. If you're an expert we'd recommend going for a full blown game.
Of course you can still enter a game as a beginner or vice versa. It just depends on your preference.
If you want anymore details you can contact us on our various socials found in our linktree! (we can be found on WhatsApp, Discord and Instagram)
