Love a good jenga-based engine, and this is no exception. Great stuff; makes me want more house-flipping scenarios in tabletop games!
I think the Real-Estate genre of roleplaying games is tragically underrepresented!

You and me both! I tried making a dice alternative to Jenga which worked for tension, but it just wasn't the same.
