Wonderful job!! While I haven’t tested it due to not having a 3D printer, and that ordering the prints would take a minute, from what I can see it introduces new functionality to Godot that allows people to make their own game-pads that work with Godot. That has some pretty cool potential. My only suggestion would be to include a more detailed description of it on the itch page and GitHub README. Something like: “This is an open source project that allows you to create your own game-pad/controller and use it in Godot”. I hope to see the project become popular, and can envision several ways a custom controller could largely benefit some games. Good work!
Thanks, :), I’ll update the Readme and the page, I’m already working o a v2, an easier to assembly version.
This submission it’s composed by 2 parts, both open source, first the Open Dials, an open source DIY gamepad, with 2 dials, that I designed to think ‘out of the box’ on future game projects, and the second part a demo game to test the concept of the gamepad. you can find both repositories on game page, and a explanatory and gameplay video as well, the game can be played without the gamepad, using the keyboard arrows.
