I honestly haven't thought about creating a discord server at all. It's my first time making a jam and didn't expect this many people to even join/be interested in it. I hope the community tab here on itch is enough for now :) if you mean ways of finding teammates in general, maybe on r/INAT or other jam related subreddits, or just here on itch "Game Jams" tab in the community
