Description
Composed with an action RPG game in mind. Heavy inspirations from Octopath Traveler and a bit of the NieR series.
Really wanted to use a harp and celeste for this piece and composed around it.
Tools I've used were Presonus Studio One and many Spitfire Audio Sample Libraries.
Message from the artist:
I hope whoever listened enjoyed this!
Theme:
How does it fit the theme?
A theme of an adventurer arriving at a ruined castle during the winter, finding out its history.
Used high strings and the harp and celeste combination to get that "cold" feeling.

Great orchestration. I'd love to hear it played by a live orchestra!
I liked your composition very much, definitely a winterly atmosphere, good work!
Nicely done! Using sleigh bells, celeste, harp, etc. definitely gave it that wintery feel. The quality of the samples is quite nice as well. My only recommendation is that, sometimes, the music seemed to lack direction. Pull the melody more forward in the mix so it gives the music more drive-- sometimes it got covered by the other instruments. Bravo!
sounds so professional! love the celeste, one of my favorite instruments next to the glockenspiel!
It sounds great, love the style! (and I love the Octopath Traveler and Nier, too, soo... yeah :D) I enjoyed it much from start to finish. I like the melody and variations on it, it fits the cover you put here nicely. Definitely would love to hear this while arriving at a castle in high mountain peaks :)
