Description
These are orchestral pieces, composed using nothing but Ableton, gallons of coffee, and a newfound love of flutes, which is meant to showcase the three main mechanics and themes of the imaginary game "The Last Dragon/ The Last Pilot". An open-world adventure game in the vein of Breath of the Wild, Elden Ring, Skyrim, and countless other great games.

The first piece, "An Outsider's Beginning", while being the main menu theme, and thus not tied to any specific story beats, sets the tone for the game as well as introduces us to multiple textural ideas we'll be seeing again, as well as the main motif, which will appear in every other song in some way, apart from the boss theme (at least not directly). I've creatively chosen to call this motif "The White Dragon's Melody".

The second song is "The Tunes That Live Among The Grass And Stone" Which functions as a collection of different pieces you might hear while adventuring the overworld. In-game, this piece wouldn't play start to finish, but would rather have bits of it introduced depending on where you are and what's going on around you. For example, if you're picking up speed, whether by mounting a horse or some other means, the staccato melody of the cellos might fade in to match the energy of the moment.

The third song, "Flight of the Created Hero", would accompany the great triumph of the game, proving your worth and gaining the right to ride the last dragon, assume your role as the last pilot, and ride towards the final chapter.

The final song is the boss's theme, the creature hiding in the darkest corner of the world, waiting to finish what it started, and hunt down the last of the only species that could ever rival, or even challenge its sheer power.

This isn't your home, but it is somebody's. and it won't last if you don't take up the mantel and do what it takes.

How does it fit the theme?
Honestly, I feel like the prompts where very much pointing towards a BotW form of soundtrack, I hope I imbued enough of my own style that it has its own personality quite apart from that.

An Outsider's Beginning: Expressive winds! So pretty!
The Tunes That Live Among The Grass And Stone: Loving those strings that come in later.
Flight of the Created Hero: I love this track name. Immediately starts with a fluttery feel that evokes flight, and some initial chord movements that really feel like an "awakening" to me. Nice cinematic percussion.
Noble Death For Another World's Salvation: Badass name. Urgent feeling arpeggios. Love it!

The BOTW feel is there but your OST is differentiated from it! Great work!

I love the idea that The Tunes That Live Among The Grass And Stone isn't really meant to be played normally and instead work as dynamic music in an open world setting. It made it more fun to listen to as I would imagine the scenarios that would case each part to play in game.

This is awesome! It's very peaceful.

I really love 1:26 on your second track in particular. I'd love to hear it on an erhu.

I loved the compositions they honestly were really good I also liked how much you used flutes during the OST since flutes and "The white dragons melody" just match so well together.

Wow. Loved the building up tension on the 3rd soundtrack into the Final Boss theme, really sets the tone for the intensity of the encounter. That's some quality work there, good effing job.
