I already have paint 3d downloaded, so can I use that?

All windows computers still come with OG Microsoft paint installed, you should be able to find it if you just search for "paint" in the taskbar 

Also, while I'm not running the Jam, I'd say you can use paint 3d for parts of it, but should mostly stick to OG paint
