Bad seed is a tile based city contamination simulator. Contamination is simulated in real time while city guards try to fight it. Player intervenes in the scenario by activating abilities trying to navigate the contamination process, collect points of interest, gain new abilities and kill enemies.
Please explain how your game fits the theme:
Biological weapon in this context is an invasive plant invented in a medieval\fantasy world by an evil wizard. Plant is transported to the target city. After initial contamination the plant grows, evolves and spreads contamination across the city while avoiding or killing guards. The main goal of the plant is to evolve to the final stage - a flower which can kill people by releasing toxic pollen into the air. And then use it to kill certain citizens of the city.

This was great. Interesting and atmospheric. I would love to see what it was like with a deeper set of abilities. But even as it is I enjoyed learning to control the plants and to take over parts of the city.
Click detection seems pretty unreliable early in the game I would sometimes find that I had to click on a square several times to activate it. By day 8 my system was struggling with all the flowers and it got to the point where I could no longer click on any square. The yellow highlight box would move to the square but when I clicked nothing would ever happen. Also the camera seemed to only have two settings: Super zoomed in or super zoomed out, maybe just due to sensitivity on the scroll wheel. This is all on Firefox, I haven't tried it in chrome.

Interesting little simulation game though a bit slow. The spreading mechanic is really cool and I hope you expand upon it.
I feel like there should be fewer guards in the first wall to let players build up more and quicker. Maybe give all creep the ability to do a little bit of damage rather than having to wait until the Flower ability, which is pretty late. I feel there is a need for a different control scheme, it’s too click intensive.
I ended up putting the game at times 4 speed to spread faster and overwhelm a section before moving to the next section. The attacking enemies attack a bit too much from the start, maybe have guards attack once or twice in a day and then have to go back to their house to rest. Sometimes a single guard would decimate a lot of Root so fast.
Might want to add a greenhouse direction next to where the player starts at to show the player what an object is rather than only having the explanation in Info.
