Very good for a first game. Your art looked good, and you were able to capture the mood you were going for. The gameplay was a bit lacking and the game needed more sounds to make it come alive. I'd recommend for your next game choose something dead simple like pong or some arcade-style game and try focusing on the gameplay and the game feel when you make it.

A dog tries to find the source of the shadows that are spreading in the land.
You can kill or scare the vultures. The boss cannot be scared away, his attacks are destroyed by the lantern.
